W00t !!! Acceptance Letter !!!

Finally got the letter from SIM… got accepted into the course which starts on the 4th of Jan 2010… i need to make a trip down to SIM to pay the school fees and settle the administration stuff by the 4th of Dec…

There’s supposed to be a enrolment on the 10th Dec, but since I will be in Paris, I will just have to miss it and write in to them…

Slack !!!

past 2 days was spent slacking with frenz…

yesterday met up with Seng at tamp central for some drinks, then pool at Safra… we chatted quite a bit… catch-up session with my good ol’ buddy… lost to him pool… its ok… been awhile since i last lost to him… lolz… there’s always another time to win =)

today… met up with Gerald and Lemuel for bball at Marine Parade… Pool-ed again as well… Dinner at the hawker centre… was a little disappointed today due to an unfortunate twist of events :( but there will be other chances ^^

anyway… im suffering from insomnia for the past 2weeks or so… can’t seem to fall asleep no matter how tired i am… takes ages to finally fall asleep and yet wake up a short while later… sleep, wake, sleep, wake -.-”

Meteor Shower Tonight?

a rather tiring day today…

firstly, i seem to be suffering from insomnia recently… earliest i can fall asleep, regardless of whether i have taken a nap beforehand (cause its still the same), is 6am… yes… 6 in the MORNING ! and i keep waking up at my usual timing, which would be 10plus – 11plus in the morning… thats like 4-5 hours of sleep thats all… this morning was no exception…

secondly, i had to drag myself out of bed so that i wouldnt be late to meet wilson, gerald and wayne at Marine Parade for basketball… even though i have been to the Marine Parade library many times, i never knew they actually had a basketball court, gym and badminton courts on the 3rd floor… anyway, i injured my left thumb early on in the game (still hurts now)… basketball was fun and we haven played it for awhile… But it just wasnt satisfying enough for me cause we only played for a hour or so before it started to rain… SPOILER ! Dinner-ed at Yoshinoya then cabbed back with wilson and gerald…

I was looking at some of the jackets at G2000, Esprit, Fox… quite a lot of nice ones… but i will most probably be able to get 1 only, and 1 is more than enough as the weather in Singapore doesn’t permit wearing such thick winter jackets… can’t seem to decide which one i want… and im so going to get the scarf from FOX… =)

Received a letter from SIM when i got home… at first i thought it was the acceptance letter from RMIT… but it turned out to be a notice to renew the SIM membership -.-” i cant wait for the acceptance letter to arrive… hopefully its good news…

Seems like that there’s going to be a meteor shower tonight or i should say during the pre-dawn hours of Tuesday… Leonid Meteor Shower… hopefully i will be able to catch it this time round…

Dates I Need To Remember

3rd week of November: Acceptance letter from RMIT should be in

6th-13th December: Paris trip

19th December: MB0204 Xmas Gathering

22nd December: Aunt is coming over for a couple of months

26th December: Ting’s and Anthony’s wedding

w0000… seems like schedule is pretty packed… i wonder when i can squeeze in the Sentosa outing as well as going for drinks at BQ… i will probably have to find a day in December as well to go down to SIM to settle the school fees if i get accepted… hmm…

H1N1 Vaccination & a Decision

dragged myself out of the house in the noon to meet Gerald at Tampines Safra to play some pool, but we ended up playing billiard cause there was no available pool-tables at that point of time… played 2 games, lemuel came, then was time for me to leave… had some trouble finding the Raffles Clinic at Bedok Central… waited for the rest of the family to arrive before going for the vaccination against H1N1, since the Paris trip is just round the corner in December… had dinner at the Halal-Thai restaurant nearby… taste-wise was not too bad, though its a little more expensive… took a lift from dad to Tampines Interchange to meet up with Gerald, Lemuel, Songlin, Jeslin and Yiwei to give Weijie his birthday surprise… slacked abit at Safra again! then met up with Khai for awhile before bus-ed home…

ohh yea… i think i came to a decision about the Paris trip… I SHOULD BE GOING ! well, my parents seem to be very keen for me to go, so ohh well… a little more broke each month for a couple of months to pay for the trip, but its worth-it… imagine the sights, the f00d, the culture, the shopping and most importantly, spending time with my family…

gona be blogging about something soon… but most probably its password-protected… so if u wana read it, poke me about it and i will consider :D but some people are a sure-give =)

A Failed Job-Seek

Destination –> Tanjong Pagar
Objective –> Bookfair Job

lol… didnt manage to get the job for the book fair… they wanted ppl to work from the 8th-22nd dec, latest 10th… but the earliest i could start was the 14th (as i might be going away to Paris)… lemuel also didnt get the job as he has exams till the 11th, and the earliest he could start was the 12th… ohh well… we made a wasted trip down to Tanjong Pagar… was such a disappointment… was actually thinking of using the pay to get my camera… now, i will just have to think of something else… me n lem are actually contemplating working at Wild Wild Wet (WWW)…

had dinner with EeChing at Bugis after that… ate quite a bit… wanton noodles, lotus soup, vegetables… train-ed home after that… been going back real early the past few days… =)

Halloween Update

*oOps* sorry for not updating for such a long time… been just posting music vids and pics… this is due to an unforseen lack of interest in blogging… partly being due to the lack of things to post about…

seems like the most common thing i have been doing recently is playing pool with gerald, lemuel, yiwei, weijie (ever since he came back from penang), wilson and sometimes yongxing…

and it also appears that Halloween was the only thing worth posting recently =)

met up with weijie, yiwei and gerald at bugis to slack for awhile… i was really tempted to join in the fun at Sentosa or Night Safari for their Halloween events… but luckily for me, i didnt… cause it started to rain heavily in the evening… then met up with yong at Boat Quay for some drinks (minus yiwei)… ger’s first time going to b.q. to drink… lolz… but at least we had a great time there… played some pool after that and headed home…

im suddenly in the mood to drink… o.o
